11th Annual Homeboy 5K Run/Walk

Join thousands of people coming together to support Homeboy Industries at the 11th Annual Homeboy 5K Run/Walk. You can expect a morning filled with fun, music and laughter as we embark on a 5K Run/Walk throughout historic downtown Los Angeles. Both the 5K and Kids 1K Run will start and finish in front of Homeboy Industries’ iconic Chinatown headquarters. Every registration helps better our community, so sign up and make sure to get your family, friends, neighbors and coworkers to join in on the fun!
- This year all participants will receive the 2019 Homeboy 5k T-Shirt!
- Commemorative 5K souvenir for ALL participants!
- Chip Timing
- Post-Event festivities with LIVE DJ, vendor giveaways and Homeboy Industries marketplace featuring exclusive gear.
- Virtual Runners receive a t-shirt, bib, and finisher medal. Will be mailed.

Expect a scenic 5K course around Chinatown with entertainment, water stations, and of course – an epic finish line!
Beat the lines on race day and pick up your packet early! Get your shirt, bib, and get a taste of what Homeboy Industries is all about. We will have two packet pick-up opportunities at Homeboy Industries (130 W. Bruno St., Los Angeles, CA 90012) inside the Homegirl Café:

We highly encourage you to leave your car at home on event day. There’s lots of road closures and traffic!
If you do drive, you can park in the following areas:
• FREE PARKING LOT #1 – 129 W. College St. – ENTER VIA MAIN / COLLEGE
• There is street parking located around Homeboy – but please obey all traffic signs.

Don’t get stuck in traffic! Who wants to look for a parking spot, anyway? Take the Metro Gold Line to the Chinatown Station, we’re right across the street, you can’t miss the Homeboy Industries building.

Hitch a ride with UBER to the event! Yep, your personal driver will come get you and drop you off right at the 5K! Just download the iPhone or Android APP and request your ride.
